Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Manifest Vault app and manifestmyvault.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. What Manifest Vault is, and isn't
Manifest Vault is a personal motivation, journaling and visualization tool designed to look like a banking app. It is not a bank or financial institution. It does not hold, move, lend or invest money, and it is not connected to any bank. Vision balances, deposits, cards and portfolio growth are imaginary figures you create. They have no cash value and are not statements of account.
2. No financial advice
Content in the Service, including AI coach replies, projections and affirmations, is general information for motivation only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it doesn't guarantee any result. Talk to a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service, including screenshots of it, to deceive anyone. That means you won't present vision balances as real funds, use them as proof of income or assets, or use custom branding to imitate a real bank, payment app or other company. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Your account and content
You're responsible for activity on your account. You own the content you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you.
5. Manifest Plus subscriptions
- Manifest Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, you'll be charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or in the app if you subscribed on the web.
- Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's policies for purchases made through them.
6. AI features
The coach uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Check important information yourself before relying on it.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, add or remove features. We'll give notice of material changes to these terms. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manifest Vault isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
