Privacy Policy
The short version. Manifest Vault never connects to your bank and never asks for bank logins, card numbers or account numbers. The balances you enter are goals, not real money. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
This policy explains how Manifest Vault ("Manifest Vault," "we," "us") handles information when you use the Manifest Vault app and the website at manifestmyvault.com (together, the "Service").
Information you enter
The Service stores the content you choose to add so the app can work. That includes:
- Your first name and the name you put on your vision card
- Vision balances, deposits, account names, growth rate and daily deposit settings
- Dreams and their prices, milestones and income stream names
- Real-life wins you log, including amounts and notes
- Morning ritual moves, evening check-in reflections, streaks and badges
- Your branding choices and messages you send to the AI money coach
Real-life wins are amounts you type in yourself. We do not verify them or connect to any financial account to collect them.
Where your information is stored
By default your vault is saved on your device. If you sign in and turn on sync, a copy is stored in your account so it follows you across devices. Synced data is private to your account and is not visible to other users.
The AI money coach
When you ask the coach a question, we send your question along with a summary of your goals, dreams, income streams, recent wins and daily moves to our AI provider so it can write a reply. We send only what's needed to answer. We don't permit the provider to use this information to train its models for anyone else. If you never use the coach, none of this is sent.
Purchases
Manifest Plus subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), or by our payment processor if you subscribe on the web. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never your full card number.
Information collected automatically
Our website and app may collect basic technical information such as device type, operating system, app version and crash reports, so we can keep the Service working. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use information
- To run the app: show your vault, sync it, and power the coach and visualizations
- To manage your subscription and answer support requests
- To fix bugs, prevent abuse and improve the Service
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, such as cloud hosting, our AI provider for coach replies, and app store or payment processors. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account is active. You can clear your vision balances at any time from Plus › Start fresh. To delete your account and all synced data, email manifestmyvault@gmail.com from the address on your account, and we'll delete it within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes data stored only on your device.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, the EU and the UK, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. Email manifestmyvault@gmail.com to make a request. We won't treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Security
We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Manifest Vault is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email before they take effect.
